I spent over a decade in aviation and leadership roles, building a career that took me around the world. From the outside, life looked full. But somewhere between airports, boardrooms and busy family life, I found myself craving something slower, more meaningful, and more connected.

What I loved most about travelling was never the landmarks. It was the people I met, the meals shared around a table, and the stories exchanged over good food and wine.

So when the opportunity came to press pause, my family and I moved to Italy for a year. Italy has a way of changing your pace. Meals are longer. Conversations run deeper. People gather often. Life feels a little less rushed.

Seasons to Gather was born from that experience.

Today, I spend my time creating small-group food and wine journeys through Italy, introducing women to local farmers, winemakers, cheesemakers and artisans, and sharing the places that have captured my heart.

Think truffle hunts in Umbria, cooking beneath lemon trees in Sicily, long lunches overlooking vineyards, and evenings spent around a table with women who arrive as strangers and leave as friends.

At its heart, Seasons to Gather is about experiencing Italy through its food, people and traditions, one season at a time.

So pull up a chair.

There's a seat waiting for you at the table and I can’t wait to have you join us.

What our Guests are saying…

  • “I’ve just had the most wonderful week in Umbria with Seasons to Gather. Our beautiful villa became a sanctuary for the week, spacious, elegant and incredibly comfortable, with views that were simply breathtaking. Each day we explored local family-run wineries, olive groves and cheesemakers, visited medieval hilltop towns, and enjoyed long lunches beneath ancient olive trees. Grace is warm, knowledgeable, kind and genuinely passionate about sharing the real Italy. I’m returning home not only inspired by my experiences and the things I’ve learnt along the way, but thankful for the beautiful women I had the pleasure to share it with.”

  • “This was such an incredible experience. Six days with a small group of wonderful women exploring the hidden gems of Umbria and Tuscany. Grace took us to some of the most magical and authentic places I never would have discovered on my own. Highlights included truffle hunting, visiting a local sheep and cheese farm, and spending time with passionate local producers. From the beautiful villa and private chef dinners to the thoughtfully curated welcome gifts, every detail was considered. It was a truly beautiful and bespoke experience. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.”

  • "I have just had a magical week in Umbria with Seasons to Gather. We went truffle hunting, visited a flower farm where we picked and arranged our own blooms, explored wineries and olive groves, and met local families producing some of the region’s most incredible food and wine. The villa was stunning, the food exceptional, and the pace perfectly balanced with time to relax, swim and connect with other women. What made the experience truly special was the laughter, friendships and shared experiences throughout the week. Bring stretchy pants , the food and wine are phenomenal!”
