Hi, I’m Grace, professional people-gatherer, unabashed lover of long lunches, and firm believer that almost anything feels better after a great meal (except maybe jet lag… I’ve tested this).

Born in London and shaped by the bustle of Melbourne and Brisbane, I’ve always been drawn to moments that bring people together, whether around a table, in the skies (I spent years leading cabin crew teams as a flight manager), or on an unforgettable adventure. After more than a decade in fine dining, airlines, and design, I realised my true passion isn’t just food or travel, it’s the magic that happens when they come together with the right people.

These days, I split my time between Italy and Australia, with my husband raising my daughters who consider pasta a food group (they’re not wrong) and soaking up the slower, more intentional rhythm of Italian life. Moving here was a dream fuelled by a love of rich traditions, rolling landscapes, and food so good it makes you forget you own skinny jeans.

My retreats are simply an extension of that dream, a chance to skip the tourist trail and share “my Italy” with people who crave connection, seasonal flavours, and a good laugh along the way. Think: breaking bread under the stars, treasure-hunting at local markets, or learning pasta secrets from nonnas who could probably run the country if they wanted to.

For me, it’s about leaving your heart as full as your plate, and maybe even taking home more joy, a few new friends, and a suitcase that mysteriously doesn’t close as easily as it did on the way over.
