Slow Travel Retreats
Through Italy

Savour the moment.
Season the soul.

Two women, one with dark hair and one with blonde hair, are in a kitchen. The blonde woman is holding a sheet of pasta dough and a pasta machine. The dark-haired woman is watching and smiling. There are pictures of lemons or citrus fruits on the wall, and a window with a view of an outside area with trees and a red ladder.
Fresh garlic, strawberries, and a bunch of dried rosemary in bowls.

Our retreats invite you into the heart of Italian culture — where farm-to-table feasts, historic villages and breathtaking landscapes become a backdrop for connection, community and quiet transformation.

Meet Grace, your host.

Born in London, raised in Australia, and now a girl mum living between Italy and Australia, I’ve always been drawn to the ways food and travel bring people together. After years in airlines, fine dining and interior design, I realised my true passion lies in connection around the table, in culture, and through shared experiences.
Pressing pause on my corporate career, I’ve embraced a slower, more intentional way of living. Seasons to Gather is an extension of that dream with intimate retreats shaped by food, wine, tradition, and the joy of slowing down. Together, we’ll experience travel season by season, from long tables under olive trees to truffle hunts in the hills, creating memories that nourish both heart and plate.
