Reserve Your Place with Ease

We know that joining a retreat is a meaningful commitment. To make the process feel manageable and stress-free, we offer a simple, structured payment plan that allows you to secure your place while spreading the cost over time.

How It Works

1. Deposit

$500 AUD

Due at the time of booking.

Your deposit secures your place on the retreat and allows us to begin confirming accommodation, experiences, and local partners for your journey in Italy.

2. Balance Payments

The remaining balance is divided into instalments, with all payments completed before departure:

• Instalment 1 – due 120 days before departure

• Instalment 2 – due 90 days before departure

• Final instalment – due 60 days before departure

All payments must be completed by the final due date to confirm your participation.

3. Gentle Reminders

You’ll receive a reminder email with a secure payment link 7 days before each instalment is due, so everything feels easy and organised.

Refunds & Cancellations

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair as possible to our guests while honouring commitments made to our local partners.

• Cancellations made more than 120 days prior to departure

  A full refund applies, less the $500 AUD deposit.

• Within 120 days of departure

  All payments are non-refundable, as arrangements will have been confirmed on your behalf.

You’re welcome to transfer your place to another guest if you’re unable to attend (subject to approval).

Retreat dates: 23–29 May 2026

• Deposit – $500 AUD due at booking

• Instalment 1 – 24 January 2026 (120 days prior)

• Instalment 2 – 23 February 2026 (90 days prior)

• Final instalment – 24 March 2026 (60 days prior)
