Payment Plans
Reserve Your Place with Ease
We know that joining us on retreat is a big commitment, which is why we offer a flexible payment plan that allows you to secure your spot without the stress of paying everything upfront.Here’s how it works:
1. Deposit
30% of the total retreat cost
Due at the time of booking- This deposit guarantees your place and allows us to begin preparing everything for your experience in Italy.
2. Balance Payments
The remaining balance is divided into three simple instalments:
First payment (25%) – 120 days before departure
Second payment (25%) – 90 days before departure
Final payment (20%) – 60 days before departure
3. Easy Reminders
You’ll receive a friendly email reminder (with a payment link) 7 days before each due date, so there are no surprises.
Refunds & Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. You can cancel for a refund (minus the service fee €250) up to 100 days before departure. After this point, payments become non-refundable as we will have already confirmed all arrangements on your behalf.Example Dates – Spring Retreat 2026 (Tuscany & Umbria)
